About Fifteen Pens

Fifteen Pens is owned and operated by myself, Scott Newman, with the love and support of my wife.

I started down the fountain pen hobby around 2008, during my graduate studies, where I was hunting for a means to efficiently and affordably refill pens. As time went on, I was introduced to vintage in my search for nice gold nib pens on a student budget. From there things snowballed.

Fifteen Pens was created in 2018 with the intention of becoming a hub for supplies and knowledge for the Canadian fountain pen community. To that end we regularly strive to source new products and supplies while ensuring we are doing our best on price point when dealing with customs.

Since that time we have also expanded both into selling restored pens as well as providing restoration services to the community.

The fountain pen community both in Canada and abroad has been welcoming and friendly, that welcomed me in and readily shared its knowledge at every opportunity. I only hope to further return the favor to new and old members alike.
